चित्रकत्रिफलादार्वीकलिङ्गान् वा समाक्षिकान्॥
Ingredients
Chitraka (Plumbago zeylanica)
Triphala
a. Haritaki (Terminalia chebula)
b. Vibhitaki (Terminalia bellirica)
c. Amalaki (Emblica officinalis)
Darvi (Berberis aristata)
Kalinga Beeja (Seeds of Holarrhena antidysenterica)
Method of Preparation
All the above herbs are taken in appropriate quantity, dried and powdered individually. Then all powders are mixed thoroughly and sieved through 80# mesh to obtain a uniformly blended churna.
Dose
3–6 grams with lukewarm water or honey, before meals or as directed.
