    🩸 PRAKARANA
    Vaidya Sar Sangraha – Striroga / Raktapitta / Balya Chikitsa


    🩸 INGREDIENTS
    (1) Shatavari (Asparagus racemosus) – 1 part
    (2) Mandoora (Iron oxide / purified) – 1 part
    (3) Yashtimadhu (Glycyrrhiza glabra) – ½ part
    (4) Guduchi (Tinospora cordifolia) – ½ part
    (5) Sharkara / Gud (Sugar or Jaggery) – Q.S.

    🩸 METHOD OF PREPARATION
    1️⃣ Powder Shatavari, Yashtimadhu, and Guduchi into fine churna.
    2️⃣ Mix with Mandoora and sugar/jaggery to form a homogeneous mixture.
    3️⃣ Triturate (Bhavana) with warm water or herbal decoction until uniform.
    4️⃣ Dry in shade and store in airtight containers.

    🩸 CHARACTERISTICS
    • Reddish-brown fine churna with mildly sweet taste.
    • Madhura-Tikta Rasa, Sheeta Virya, Madhura Vipaka.
    • Raktapitta Shamaka, Balya, Stanyashodhana, and Striroga Shamana properties.

    🩸 MODE OF USE
    ½–1 teaspoonful twice daily with warm milk or water after meals.

    (1) Stanyashodhana & Balya (Postpartum recovery)
    (2) Raktapitta (Menorrhagia / Excessive uterine bleeding)
    (3) Striroga (Female reproductive disorders)
    (4) General tonic for women’s health
    (5) Pitta-Pradhana Rogas
