    🩸 PRAKARANA
    Vaidya Sar Sangraha – Amlapitta / Hridroga / Jwara Chikitsa


    🩸 INGREDIENTS
    (1) Shankha (Conch shell) – 1 part
    (2) Nimbu Swarasa (Lemon juice) – Q.S. (for Shodhana)
    (3) Guda / Sharkara (Jaggery or sugar) – Q.S. (optional for Bhavana)

    🩸 METHOD OF PREPARATION
    1️⃣ Shankha is cleaned, powdered, and subjected to Shodhana with repeated washing and boiling in lemon juice.
    2️⃣ Powdered Shankha is dried and Marana (calcination) is performed using cow dung cakes in traditional Patala or furnace until fine, white Bhasma is obtained.
    3️⃣ Optional Bhavana with Guda or decoction may be done to enhance palatability and efficacy.
    4️⃣ Store in airtight, moisture-free containers.

    🩸 CHARACTERISTICS
    • Fine, white, odorless powder.
    • Madhura Rasa, Sheeta Virya, Kashaya Vipaka.
    • Pitta-Vata Shamaka, Amlapittahara, Hridya (cardiotonic) properties.

    🩸 MODE OF USE
    125–250 mg twice daily with warm water, milk, or honey on an empty stomach.

    (2) Hridroga (Heart disorders / palpitations)
    (3) Jwara (Fever)
    (4) Arsha (Hemorrhoids)
    (5) Pitta-Pradhana Rogas

    🩸 PRECAUTION:
    Avoid in hypocalcemia, severe renal impairment, or during pregnancy without medical supervision. Overdose may cause constipation or heaviness. Use under qualified Ayurvedic guidance.
