    ЁЯМ▒ INGREDIENTS

    1. SHATAVARI (Asparagus racemosus)

    2. CHINNARUHA / AMRUTA (Tinospora cordifolia)

    3. AMALAKI TWAK (Bark of Phyllanthus emblica)

    4. BALA (Sida cordifolia)

    5. IKSHU KANDA (Saccharum officinarum тАУ Stem portion)

    6. IKSHU RASA (Juice of Saccharum officinarum)


    ЁЯзк METHOD OF PREPARATION

    • The above herbs are taken in equal quantity and made into a coarse powder.

    • Boiled in 16 times water over a mild fire.

    • Reduced to one-fourth of the original quantity.

    • Strain the decoction and use it within 12 hours of preparation.
